Belly Training (10 min)
The goal of Belly Training is to get your True Inner Core functioning optimally. Using core breathing techniques like diaphragmatic breathing, extended exhalations and piston breathing for the transversus abdominus, and kegal contracting and relaxing for the pelvic floor, Belly Training strengthens a woman’s Belly for birth and rehabilitates her Belly after delivery.
Functional Training (25 min)
•Corrective-Stability exercises aim to correct your muscle imbalances and postural alignment. This is the foundation of a pain-free body.
•Strength exercises aim to increase the strength of your new postural alignment. These exercises also increase your muscle tone so that you burn more body fat throughout each day!
•Dynamic-Power exercises aim to make you function optimally in the new world of motherhood with minimal risk of injury. These exercises are the absolute best way to get back into your 20 year old body after delivering your baby!
Labor Training (8-12 min)
Optimize your cellular chemistry to respond calmly and comfortably to the cycle of your labor contractions and rest periods!
Stretch Training (10 min)
Gently de-stress and ease your body and mind through stretches specifically targeting your muscle imbalances and postural alignment.
